Stoltze story bogus like Bigfoot

I was very disappointed to see the article on the front page of the paper last week quoting a book writer and bashing local Representative Bill Stoltze. Rep. Stoltze has always been a kind, caring and responsible person who is always there for his constituents.

Channel 2 reported on this book, stating that a co-author said the book was not ready for release yet because it was not 100 percent accurate. Perhaps you should check facts before reporting such information based on "memory" in the paper.

I have always felt that if I read something in the Alaska Star I could pass it forward and feel comfortable knowing it was accurate and truthful. I no longer feel that way.

This was very uncharacteristic of the Alaska Star, a local community paper. You have adapted reporting that is on the par with the National Enquirer. What's next – aliens and Bigfoot??

You have lost my trust in believing any of your reporting.
