Jay Levesque, of Eagle River, graduated with a Bachelor of Science fin Finance (Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences (Magna Cum Laude) from Oregon State University on June 11, 2011. Levesque, a 2007 graduate of Eagle River High School, is the son of Joe and Ute Levesque of Eagle River.
Alexis Sayer, of Chugiak, was named to the spring semester Dean's List at Linfield College in McMinnville, Ore. To be named to the list, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and be in the top 10 percent of their class.
James Miracle, of Eagle River, was named to the Dean's List for the spring semester at the University of Alaska Anchorage. In order to make the Dean's List, students must have had at least a 3.5 grade point average.
Brittany Mumma, of Eagle River, graduated in May from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. Mumma, who had a double major in finance and marketing, is currently employed with an action sports marketing company in Jackson Hole, Wyo. She is the daughter of Rod and Debbie Mumma of Eagle River.
Mary Alice Cook, of Eagle River, graduated in May from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas with a Master's degree in History.
